Dental Network Participation Changes
Delta Dental
We are now a Delta Dental Premier provider. If you have Delta Premier, your coverage will not change. If you have Delta PPO plus Premier or Delta PPO only, we will still file your claims as a Delta provider, but your copays may be higher for certain procedures.
Aetna
Effective 12/15/2023, we will rejoin the Aetna PPO Network.
Cigna
Effective 9/1/2020, we will rejoin the DPPO Advantage Network.
United Concordia
Effective 04/05/2020, we will only participate in the United Concordia Elite Plus Network.
If you have coverage with United Concordia and are in other networks, we will continue to file your insurance claims as a courtesy, but your copays for certain procedures may be higher. If you have any questions, please contact your insurance company directly for further information.
All other dental insurance company networks will remain unchanged at this time.
